Synergy’s yoga head-instructor Anna Fox is the definition of passionate yoga-explorer who wholeheartedly loves practicing and inspiring others to unlock the infinite benefits of yoga for themselves. A yoga-obsessed girl since the age of 8, she is a certified yoga teacher for the last 20 years, carrying more than 19.000 teaching-hours experience.
Her yoga-journey begins with classical Hatha Yoga Iyengar, but it wasn’t till she got introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at her early 20’s that she took the next step and jumped into India’s mythical training. Studying next to some of yoga’s icons like Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois and Sri. V. Sheshadri, Anna became a certified instructor under Sri. Manju Pattabhi Jois. Meanwhile she was introduced to a life-changing exploration of practicing meditation and self-knowledge under Maharaji Prem Rawat, receiving the gift of Knowledge.
Since then, she has immersed herself in the constant study and growth of yoga, developing her own unique methodology and approach that combines the best of both Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga marvelous worlds. In “Synergy Yoga” asanas are continuously altered and perfectly adjusted to suit different bodies, needs, moods or levels, allowing students to enjoy various elements from an array of yoga styles, while Anna assists and guides them into the pose, unleashing their true potential.
