This course is for all those who feel the need to withdraw from everyday life, to learn and deepen Yoga, meditation and free movement, for a sustainable daily balance.
In this heavenly place, I wish to teach these practices in order to release the body, to open it, to strengthen it and to transform it, to free ourselves from our limiting beliefs, to find joy and anchoring in free movement. While yoga is an individual practice, movement allows you to connect with others, to open up.
I want to make you travel out of time, enjoy being away to change your pace, your habits and discover all your creative potential, your inner strength.
Regarding Yoga, I teach a Yin Yang practice where we combine action and let go. There will also be Yoga Nidra sessions, Dream Yoga.
The meditations will be diverse: guided, visualizations, with themes.
According free movement, I am inspired by my career as a dancer and dance improvisation teacher, to bring you into your expressiveness.
The sea will be there to rock and soften us.
You will of course have free time to relax and integrate the practices at your own pace.
Individual energy sessions are possible if you wish.

How to get there?
The plane can take you directly to Paros; some flights offer stops in European countries and are cheaper.
You can also arrive in Athens and take boats that will take you to Paros. You have two options:
Piraeus and Rafina.
1) The port of Rafina is closer to the airport and you can get there either by taxi or by bus.
By bus will take you about 45 minutes and it costs 3 euros. By taxi, it will take you less time but more money.
2) The port of Piraeus is farther from the airport than Rafina and you can get there easily by bus, metro or taxi. The metro and bus are very convenient as they will only leave you a few meters from the pier to Paros.
The bus and metro take about an hour (the bus depends a bit more traffic) to get to Piraeus and costs 10 euros.
The 2 companies going to Paros are Blue Star Ferries and Hellenic Seaways.
BlueStar Ferries takes about 4h30 hours and passes twice a day with tickets from 33 euros
Hellenic Seaways takes about 2:45 with tickets from 45-50 euros.
When you are in Paros, you can take the bus from Parikia (port of Paros) to Naoussa, then take a taxi to Okreblue or a taxi directly to Okreblue.
We can always arrange a taxi transfer (a taxi will be waiting for you at the port or at the airport).
