Apollo yoga shala
The biggest of the 2 outdoor halls was named after the Greek god APOLLO, not only because of the amazingly beautiful natural light that this space has, but also for the qualities that the symbol of the ancient Greek god carries.
Apollo is one of the most important gods, and is the god of many things, including: light, sun, music, oracles, and knowledge. He is the son of Zeus and the Titan Leto, and was born in the Greek island of Delos, along with his older twin sister ARTEMIS – goddess of the forest.
In Greek mythology, he was most widely known as the god of LIGHT.
Apollo taught men the art of medicine, so he is often referred to as The Healer and the God of Truth.
Truth and healing are two of the qualities that we are seeking and cultivating in our practices.
Apollo, the larger of the 2 outdoor halls, is about 210m² and is ideal for yoga practice, martial arts, dance, movement and all kinds of seminars and workshops, all year round.
