Yoga weekly

Align & Flow: This thematic class is based on the Anusara Principles of Alignment and is a combination of flowing mindfully and holding poses in order to have a deeper understanding of yoga as well as your body, mind & spirit. Each class is an overall practice with special focus on a specific body part.

Hatha Yoga: This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. Meditation and Paranayama (breathing techniques) at the second half of the class.

Shakti Vinyasa flow level 1/2:: This class is focused on giving a deeper understanding on how to link the breath with movement through creative asana sequences.
A softer approach to Vinyasa allowing the body to adjust and learn new ways of movement through the Anusara principles of alignment.

Shakti Vinyasa Flow level 2/3: This is a fun and challenging class. You will be encouraged to consciously link each movement with breath as you flow, creating a meditative practice, connecting you to mind, body, and spirit. Build strength and flexibility through creative sequencing linking standing poses, arm balances, inversions and reclined poses. This is for the more experienced practitioner but also for the newer to yoga who would like to challenge their practice!
