Yoga weekly

Align & Flow: This thematic class is based on the Anusara Principles of Alignment and is a combination of flowing mindfully and holding poses in order to have a deeper understanding of yoga as well as your body, mind & spirit. Each class is an overall practice with special focus on a specific body part.

Hatha Yoga: This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. Meditation and Paranayama (breathing techniques) at the second half of the class.

Anusara Yoga: Anusara is a sanskrit word that means “stepping into the flow”. This a yoga of aligning with Nature, clearing the relationship with the world around us and the world within us. Anusara yoga turns our yoga practice into an opportunity to remove the veils from our hearts and eyes and reveal our true nature which is pure joyfulness and goodness. In every Anusara class, there will be a heart theme that invites the student to remember that intention infuses the practice with great meaningfulness and transformation. Together with the philosophy, Anusara is grounded in a set of Principles of Alignment, that are scientifically-based biomechanics and anatomy.

Shakti Vinyasa flow: This class is focused on giving a deeper understanding on how to link the breath with movement through creative asana sequences. A softer approach to Vinyasa allowing the body to adjust and learn new ways of movement through the Anusara principles of alignment.
