Find your Body’s Logic with Yamuna in Paros, Greece

 

Join Yamuna for her first Yamuna® Body School taking place in magical Paros, Greece. Daily she will guide you through a deep exploration into your bodys logic using all the self healing education she has created.

Step away from your life and come explore your unique Body Logic. Go deep into your own body, learning how to navigate through your anatomy. Learn how each part of your body’s structure should and can function. Through daily classes, experience the opening of restricted pathways. Learn how to free built up, contained energy making it available to you again!

During these 5 days Yamuna will conduct daily classes beginning at 8 am with activating your true power of breathing. All classes are given personally by Yamuna.

This experience is open to everyone, however it is highly recommended to have some experience with the Yamuna works prior to attending.

 

Product Requirements:

Each participant will need to bring a set of Yamuna® products, including the gold, silver or pearl ball (2-3 of your choice) and black balls, foot savers and foot Wakers, and pump.

What is included:

Accommodation for 6 nights, 3 meals daily, transport to and from Airport or port, tips and taxes, 4 group class hours daily with Yamuna.

 

Arrival: September 8th, 2019

Departure: September 14th, 2019

 

Fee per person based on Room Options:

 

Tier 1: Private Room Occupancy (1 bed):$3500 (single)

Tier 2: Double Occupancy (2 bed):$3000/person

Tier 3: Triple Occupancy (3 bed):$2500/person

*If you are traveling solo we will pair you with a roommate

*Rooms will be assigned at time of booking. Some are more beach front then others.

 

 

Sample Schedule (Times TBC):

Day 1

7:30-8:00    Early morning Fruits, coffee and tea

8-9                 Breathing

9-10               breakfast buffet

10-10:30        Daily classes in how to rebuild healthy foot function

10:30-1           How to align the bones and muscles of your legs from your pelvis to your feet. This also includes special focus on the knees and ankles.

Integrating all the leg work with the spine and front of the torso.

1-2                 Lunch

Day 2

7:30-8           Early morning Fruits, coffee and tea

8-9                 Breathing

9-10               breakfast buffet

10-10:30        Continued work on rebuilding healthy foot function

10:30-1           Understanding the hips and all the potential movement you should be able to create in yours. This session starts with a simple anatomical overview of what the hip joint consists of and then takes you through a series of routines that will help you to work your hips in as many rotations as the hips are meant to move. This work will help you find which routines are best for your personal restrictions.

Connecting this work with the spine and abdomen to lift and free the energy and structure upwards.

Day 3

10-10:30        Deeper concepts on building healthy foot function

10:30-1           All about the Back

Understanding how to rebuild a strong, aligned, and flexible back. This class will focus on what the lower back needs for best movement and function, the middle back and the upper back. Causes for lower, middle, and upper back problems will be identified and discussed through the session while covering the necessary understanding of all the anatomy and how to best align and maintain it.

Day  4

10-10:30        A Deeper focus on the Feet

This session will work to realign all the bones in the feet and reduce the impact on the bones due to years of improper use.

10:30-1:30     Focusing on the Shoulders

Understanding what the correct alignment of the 3 bones of the shoulder joint should be and then working the shoulder through all it’s range of motion. So many people develop shoulder problems at one time or another during their lives. Learning how to keep the bones aligned and then retraining the muscles in the correct alignment will keep this joint working correctly and prevent limitations in movement and unnecessary injuries.
