In this transformational journey, the “Island Yoga” retreat, we will explore the art of observing, accepting, understanding and training each level of our being, so that we may coordinate and integrate those aspects of ourselves into our everyday life, through the practices of yoga and meditation. It is a process that can foster self-acceptance, exploration, awareness, mind/body balance and compassion.
Yoga and meditation are two parallel ways of entering into the space of emptiness, serenity and clarity.
Interweaving the symbolic storytelling with the creative asana sequences, we will explore our alchemical abilities, recognizing and turning obstacles into opportunities and creating new pathways to find the light.
