The workshop is open for all who have a basis in Taiji (minimum 6 months of practice). The training will focus on developing the energetic foundations for your Taiji practice.
The daily training will be organized around three focus points.
1) Meditative practice: tree position and variations.
2) Energy and partner work.
3) Taiji form practice.
We’ll also spend time before each practice on specific stretching and opening movements so that your body can easily adapt and fatigue is minimized.
We’ll practice in the hall but also on the sand and in the water.
