Book some time off work, and join me for a blissful week of yoga and meditation. Every year, I organize two yoga retreats in beautiful destinations around the world.
Retreats are the perfect way to go deeper with your practice, while bringing your focus within. With this strong and empowering practice, you are invited to move beyond your pre-existing expectations of yourself and do some honest self-exploration. A transformative experience, this week of meditation and asana promotes a stronger connection between mind and body, offering a truer understanding of yourself.
Our retreat days begin with a group meditation, followed by a strong and fluid vinyasa flow class. Afternoon workshops complement the morning sessions, looking at various yoga technologies and techniques to strengthen and deepen your asana practice – including pranayama, bhandas, balance work and postural alignment. In addition to the physical technologies, we will delve into the more abstract energetics of yoga, exploring nidra, mudhra, mantra, chanting and exploration of the subtle body.
Each practitioner will be closely supported and guided on their journey, receiving a high level of individual attention. Beginners are absolutely welcome!
