Connect to your body and breath, restore your spirit, be in the beauty of nature, swim in the sea, eat delicious foods and just relax in the moment! Activate the body with daily yoga classes and sooth the mind with mindful meditation practices. We will explore our relationship with the environment, the nature and ourselves using the Five Elements as our guide. We will journey through earth (body,) water (movement,) fire (discipline and action,) air (breath,) and ether (expression). Each day’s yoga and meditation practice will focus a on one of the five elements.
The start time on the first day will be at 4pm.
A sample schedule is below; please note this to give you an indication.
It is always possible there might need to be fine tuning on different days.
7:30 – 8.30 Meditation, Pranayama
8.30 – 10.30 Morning Practice
10:30 – 11.30 Brunch *
11.30 – 17.00 Free time
17:00 – 18.30 Evening Practice
18:30 – Dinner*
The daily practices will be in different nearby locations to explore each element in the perfect setting around Okreblue where you can feel all elements vibrant and in great abundance.
Okreblue’s lounge- cafe (Caretta) is open all day serving smoothies, juices, snacks and delicious homegrown salads.
