Okreblue Apartments consists of two buildings the "back" building and the "front" building as we use to call them, one just next to the other.

The front building was built by Vagelis Malamatenios many years ago, and was run by him and his wife Eleni Malamateniou.

The first customers, who were young windsurfers from abroad, fell in love with the place and decided to spend their time at Okreblue - using candles and having the stars and the moon to light their nights, as electricity hadn't come to Santa Maria yet back then. These old customers continue coming every year to windsurfe at Santa Maria, now renting bigger apartments to accommodate their family! 

A few years later, Angelo Malamatenios (Vagelis' and Eleni's son) built the back building and decorated it with hand made furniture, built-in beds, beautiful colours on the walls, everything with the use of materials friendly to the environment.

All of the rooms are equipped with mattresses from COCOMAT...to ensure your perfect relaxation and pleasant sleep.

He also renovated the older building, but keeping the traditional and natural style.

Hot water comes from solar energy and the absence of T.V. and A.C. saves a lot of it (energy), keeping the place natural and quiet.

The business is now run by Angelo Malamatenios and his wife Sassy Hasomeri - Malamateniou. 

They live in Paros the whole year round, while their house is just a few meters from Okreblue. This fact makes it just a few steps away from fulfilling their customers' needs at any time.
